BEATS
LEASE
When LEASING a beat/instrumental, the purchaser:
- Will receive an email to download the beat/instrumental, untagged and in .wav or .mp3 form.
- Has rights to record, alter, rearrange, mix, the beat/instrumental in any shape or form but cannot resale beat/instrumental
- Must give full credit to KĀTRŎN on all recordings for the production of the beat/instsrumental.
- Must know that KĀTRŎN owns the beat/instrumental and is able to resale the beat until a given party purchases the beat exclusively or by premium purchase.
EXCLUSIVE
When purchasing an EXCLUSIVE beat/instrumental, the purchaser:
- Will receive an email to download the beat/instrumental, untagged and in .wav or .mp3 form
- Owns the beat and has rights to record, alter, rearrange, or mix the beat in any shape or form but cannot resale the beat/instrumental.
- Has knowledge that KĀTRŎN cannot resale the beat/instrumental in the forms of leasing or reselling the exclusive rights.
- Has knowledge that KĀTRŎN can only use the beat/instrumental for prior leasing purposes or self promotion.
- Has knowledge that KĀTRŎN will not receive any royalties from recordings or downloads
- Must give full credit to KĀTRŎN on all recordings for production of beat/instrumental.
- Exclusive Lease is only valid for 2 years unless other options are discussed.
PREMIUM
When purchasing a PREMIUM beat, the purchaser:
- Will receive an email to download the beat/instrumental, untagged and in .wav or .mp3 form
- Owns the beat and has rights to record, alter, rearrange, or mix the beat in any shape or form but cannot resale the beat/instrumental.
- Has knowledge that KĀTRŎN cannot resale the beat/instrumental in the forms of leasing or reselling the exclusive rights.
- Has knowledge that KĀTRŎN can only use the beat/instrumental for prior leasing/exclusive purposes or self promotion.
- Has knowledge that KĀTRŎN will not receive any royalties from recordings or downloads
- Must give full credit to KĀTRŎN on all recordings for production of beat/instrumental.

CUSTOM
When purchasing a custom made beat, the purchaser:
- Will receive a beat that no one has heard before.
- Will receive a beat strictly made for their style.
- Must give full credit to KĀTRŎN on all recordings for the production of the beat/instrumental.
- Owns the beat and has rights to record, alter, rearrange, or mix the beat in any shape or form but cannot resale the beat/instrumental.
